This listing is only for a reservation deposit of $100. The total purchase price of one lamb is $350 to be charged in full prior to the processing of the animal, plus processing.
Yield varies by individual animal. Our average yield is 37lbs of processed, packaged meat.
When purchasing an animal from Tower Ridge Farms, you are purchasing the entire meat yield of an individual St. Croix Lamb to be processed by our partner butcher shop through the ‘Custom Exempt’ process. The meat obtained from this processing is not for resale.
The processing cost of the animal must be paid directly to our partner butcher shop. Processing costs start at $125.
Free delivery is available to any individual in the Minneapolis area, Southern Minnesota, and North Iowa. Exceptions apply. If picking up directly from our partner butcher shop, processed animals must be collected within 7 days. Refrigerated shipping to other regions of the country is possible, but will incur the refrigerated shipping rates to your location - please contact us before placing an order requiring shipping.
Tower Ridge Farms reserves the right to refuse sale to any individual for any reason. In the event that your lamb is not available at the expected time of processing, you will be notified and receive a full refund of your deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable.
