From birth to finish, every lamb is raised entirely from open pastures of grass and alfalfa. Unlike many ‘grass fed’ offerings, Tower Ridge Farms lambs are never fed grain to accelerate growth, resulting in the most natural, unadulterated meat available on the market.

Tower Ridge Farms is happy to offer a variety of pig species from our partner farms. Duroc’s are a staple of quality pork production, offering tender meat in an economical fashion. For a more premium offering, Berkshires pigs provide the highest quality of pork commonly available, with a more saturated meat and excellent marbling.
